1 User Agreement

The website shiftingapp.in has been designed to serve and assist customers across India & Outside India where we (shiftingapp.in or ShiftingApp or ShiftingApp Logistics LLP) operate, to search and book low cost logistic solutions including Packers & Movers, Transportation for movement of goods, Resources and manpower required for such operations and drivers.

By using the website, you agree to adhere to and be bound by the terms and conditions laid down in this User Agreement ("Agreement").

This Agreement is entered into between you and ShiftingApp Logistics LLP ("Company"). This Agreement shall apply to any person ("User") who intends to book or inquire about the services or products offered by ShiftingApp Logistics LLP through its online channels, including its website, mobile app, mobile site, or offline channels, including call centers and offices (referred to collectively as "Sales Channels").

2 Eligibility to Use

The User must have attained the age of "Majority", i.e., 18 years of age, as defined under the Indian Majority Act, 1875, and must possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
If you are a minor, i.e., below the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
The Company reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or block your access to the website if it is discovered that you are a minor or incompetent to enter into this Agreement.

3 Intellectual Property Rights

Protected Content

All content including logos, images, audios, software, text, icons, or any other such content ("Content") are owned by the Company, its licensors or other providers and are protected by applicable Intellectual Property Law.

No license, right, or authority to use proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks
Website permitted for commercial use only as per specified terms
Unauthorized use will violate applicable laws

Copyright Infringement Notice

If you notice any copyright infringement, send written notice to support@shiftingapp.com including:

Clear identification of copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Location of infringing material on the website
Proof that alleged copyrighted work is owned by you

4 Usage of Website and Mobile Application

5 Limitation of Liability

Intermediary Service

ShiftingApp serves as an intermediary by connecting Users with individual service providers including trucks, lorries, packing materials, drivers and logistics infrastructure. Our obligation is limited to providing verified bookings based on User preferences.

Service Provider Responsibility

If Users encounter problems while availing services, only the Service Provider will be held liable or accountable, not the Company.

Information Accuracy

Information published on the platform is provided by Service Providers. The Company is not liable for inaccurate, incomplete, or untrue information.

Technology Platform

Users understand that the Company solely provides the technological platform connecting Users with Service Providers.

6 Fees and Payment

Service Charges

Company may levy convenience or service charges in addition to reservation fees

Payment Terms

All fees disclosed prior to booking completion. Refunds processed as per policy

Secure Payments

All transactions processed through Company's authorized accounts only

Tax Compliance

Users responsible for applicable taxes and government levies

7 Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held accountable if services cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Natural Disasters

Acts of God, earthquakes, floods

Health Emergencies

Pandemics, epidemics

Government Actions

Terrorist operations, government decisions
